Usage: In some circles, a bull pissle was reputed to be a short whip made from a dried and cured bull's penis, often used by some police officers on juvinile deliquents caught in an unlawful act. A lash to one's back was reputed to be extremely painful. Rumor had it that upon receiving the first lash, the recepient became statuesque and unable to move, until the second was administered, at which time he would take off like a jet, hooting like a train as he ran.
